I've only QSLd 10 meter amateur radio beacons, and their owners almost
always reply. I'm not sure about these longwave beacons that are owned by
airports or municipal entities... TVX is operated by the latter.

We otta check into it? But they probably have tech monitors that keep a ear
on their tx's.

QSLing a navigation aid is done, but from what I understand tends to be
unpredictable. The first step is finding an address for whoever is
responsible for the facility. Then send a report and hope. Some folks do,
some don't.

It is probably similar to QSLing airliners or military aircraft - sometimes
it works; but odds are against it.

I've never tried either but I know of people who have had some success and
even some folks who have been the operator and responded. But it really is a
gamble.

Can't be no worse than the 100s of other unanswerd reports we've all sent
over the years.
