QSLing a navigation aid is done, but from what I understand tends to be
unpredictable. The first step is finding an address for whoever is responsible for the facility. Then send a report and hope. Some folks do, some don't. It is probably similar to QSLing airliners or military aircraft - sometimes it works; but odds are against it. I've never tried either but I know of people who have had some success and even some folks who have been the operator and responded. But it really is a gamble.
