that is a year date, not an hour on the clock...

Which time zone? UTC?


RHF - I understand EOT, but you stated 20:11 hours and since I am in a
time zone approximately 18 hours ahead of you, I would not want to
shortchage you by having it all happen 18 hours earlier than
predicted. will it occur at 20:11 hours in each time zone? Will that
mean it stops for an hour and waits until the next timezone turn
20:11?
