If I walk outside and get mugged, is it my fault? I made a choice to

Most had sense enough to flee withthe warnings. Those who
didn't, excepting those who where too sick, ill infirm, got what
they deserved.

Sad, yea but natures a bitch.

Actually, neither one of your examples is about nature, it's about choice.
They chose to ski outside the area or chose to climb the mountain.

Way different from a woman getting raped. Nature doesn't rape
anyone.

And nature doesn't force anyone to climb a mountain or ski off a cliff.
It's choice.

It takes the action of a man, OK I guess a few women have
raped but damned few, to rape. Tehwoman may have been foolsih,
stupid or just ignorant of the danger, but the preditor still decided
to
rape and foolwed throguh on that action.

The usual response by men is that they (women) asked for it.

Big difference between rape and getting washed away, burried in snow
or stranded on a mountain. We try and imprison, or execute rapists.
We have to bow, or at least pay attention to mother nature.

Live below sea level, stay in a storm and drown.
Very simple. You can save yourself by LEAVING.

Katrina and rape could only be confussed in a liberal's mind.

And only a conservative would blame the victim.

Well you 'tard boy liberals generally want to let the criminal go and blame the
victim...

Bush's fault..

He took the money needed to repair the levees
anbd spent it on his vanity War
in iraq

Bush's fault..

He took the Louisiana National Guard troops and equipment and
shipped them to Iraq.

Bush's fault

The National Guard was there 24 hours after Camille devastated the
area..
Now all the Louisiana National Guard troops and equipment are in Iraq
