- You don't mention going over to a window at night, sticking the whip
outside and tuning around..

Try at 5.000 Mhz and SLOWLY start tuning towards 7.000Mhz

Take your radio outside when you go.. go to a small park..

attach 20 feet of wire to the whip and tune around

You'l catch somehting..
