Do NOT use WD-40!!!. I'm not familiar with PUREtronics stuff, but I use
Chemtronics 'Tun-O-Wash' for my applications and it works great. The best stuff you can use, if you can find it, is Cramolin R-5. And Glenn is right too...the color TV tuner cleaner at Radio Shack works pretty good too. "Glenn AA5PK" wrote in message news:C%SXc.63471$wo.41726@okepread06... Try, at the very least, Tuner/Control Cleaner & Lubricant sold at RS. Better yet, get a quality cleaner like PUREtronics Contact Cleaner. 73 de Glenn AA5PK |
