That base you show is exactly the same as the base matching coupler on the diamond x200a , mine was completely green and corroded and cleaned up ok. Those capacitors are crumbled and no way of reading them, do you know their value? I can order some and replace them. My Diamond X50 shows 1pf and 7.5pf.
