Hmmm....

You can modify any radio to operate in an amateur allocation.
You can't use a Part 97 radio on any type-accepted service.

I can use my 2950 on 10 meters. I'm not supposed to move the
jumpers and use it on 11 meters.

With that said, don't get caught. I've used my IC-2100 on MURS
and my HTX-420 on FRS and my 2950 on 11 meters...

(too many damn rules!)

Anyone got a 420MHz AM ATV setup for sale, cheap?
