I've read the rules many times, but must have missed the part or parts about character testing. We've had many characters testing. One of the more memorable ones has been CB Bruce/WA8ULX, who tested on a lark, scored 100% w/o studying, did so in less than 8 minutes, and collected $250 from two CB-Plussers.
