Default How to use WIN95

Yes, the 20-289 is the correct cable for Win95 and the PRO95 scanners.
It looks like the Win95 program does not see the cable. First:

What version Windows are you using, XP or 98?

Is the 20-289 cable plugged into a COM port, or into USB-COM adapter?
