Really, it is time to go LED ... if we ever need them, we can bring back
incandescent ...

I have had 20+ LED Lights for 120-VAC
with the Standard USA E27-Base.

Only 4~6 have lasted more than a Year
with out going blank or loosing half the
individual LEDs in the Bulbs.

Some of these LEDs cost in the $20~$30

IMHO - LEDs are still : Not Ready for Prime Time.

These Mushroom CFLs rated at 120 Watts Light

Output {=Lumens} and use only 30 Watts of Power
are Good for Reading Lights {Daylight} and Shine
