He didn't think the public deserved the mental health that was needed, so, he ended public mental health. He closed all the public hospitals and put those poor people on the street. He s the main cause, and the other criminal re-pub-lick-****s, that started all the "street people", living on the street. Just another thing those wonderful re-pub-lick-****s gave you. A bunch of Viet-Vets died on the streets of the US, because the criminal re-pub-lick-****s took their health care away. st. ronnie was also the one who stole the "agent orange fund".
