Does any VOX recorder software exist?

Please read the thread.
I am not after a level sensing VOX,
I am after a program that only responds
to human voice.
ScanRec is a great program.
And on a FM comm system,
with decent radio squelch performs
very nicely.
But I am after a Voice Operated as
opposed to signal operated squelch.
