Default BBCWS alternative frequencies

I've been writing down BBC frequencies from Asia with an eye towards
still being able to receive The World Today, which is on at 2200 and
0200 for A05.

The main frequencies for Asia after 0000 are 15360, which switches
between Singapore and Thailand transmitters and is on until 0900, and
15280 which is solely from Thailand and is on until 0530. Unfortunately
I couldn't receive either of these at 0500 March 22. 15280 had no hint
of any signal, while 15360 had an audible carrier but no voice, and my
attempts to get voice were fruitless. I'll have to try again tomorrow at
0200 to see if reception is still as bad.

The BBC is also on 7105 from 2100-0000 and on 9740 from 2200-0000. I
haven't tried these yet.

Try 12095, 9410, 7160, and 6195. Some of these are on the
African track.

The 15360/15280 frequencies fade out sometime around 2:00 here in
Seattle.

I've done a little more monitoring of the 15 Mhz frequencies, and they
do indeed fade out almost completely by 0300. I suspect this is due to
local sunrise in Singapore and Thailand. I believe 12095 is the
frequency that's broadcast from UK transmitters to SAm. I'm in
California, so I'm not sure how well the African freqs would come in
here, but if you can hear them in Seattle I'll give them a shot.

dxAce has posted that 5975 is being moved to Guiana from Antigua (which
is being taken offline as we all know) and will broadcast to SAm, making
it harder to hear up north.

12095 sometimes came in ok at 11 AM to 1 PM local time, but it was from
Ascension Island, and that may be prone to the same oil price problems
as Antigua.
