No, he was acting on his own initiative, by his own admission.
Publicly stating so. He personally vetted the family members requesting
to leave, and he personally authorized them to exit the country
according to protocols.




The Prince's own government has the public beheadings.



Public beheadings, as barbaric as they are, are part of the Saudi
culture, and part of the legal system. Just as we have executions, and
some quite barbaric here.

There have been conversations about from/to both sides.



You really need to get out of the bubble. The air in there is stale
and bad for you.
