Default Opinions on Eton E5/Sangean ATS-505 or PT80

Hello, this is my first post. I have recently purchased an Eton E10 and like it very much. My choices for new radios is rather limited here in Ottawa, Canada as there are not many local retailers carrying shortwave radios.

I am interested in acquiring a radio with SSB and I should be able to pick up an E5 in a few short weeks from my local "The Source" (Radio Shack was rebranded in Canada recently). The E5 is supposed to be available in early April.

I have read the limited reviews there are of the E5 and was wondering if anyone has some real time experience with an E5. My other choice was to perhaps order a Sangean ATS-505 or maybe a PT80 from a retailer near Toronto and pay the shipping. The problem is I have never actually "seen" either of these models.

If you have any thoughts on the ATS-505 or PT80 those would be appreciated.
