Their tuners are the most functional of their products based on user comments. As to their customer service - I'd prefer to speak to somebody in India, my experiences with them have been very poor and I was even a decent accomodating customer from the get-go. And yes, many hams are full of it.........as are many SWL'ers and most folks in general. |
