Hi Robert:
If your just going to listen to shortwave, I suggest you get the AN-LP-1; I bought one & use it whenever I travel. It ALSO has a built in Pre-Selector.. Neat little gadget. There are some things I miss on Broadcast, but I suppose I can buy / bring a Kiwa Folding Antenna with me; or string out 30 feet of wire or whatever Dan In article , "Robert Chin" writes: Of the Sony accessory antennas that are recommended, which one works "best" with the 7600GR? The AN-LP1, the AN-1 or the AN-102. I've decided to get one of them, but I'm not sure which one. I'm just getting into listening to SW and I'd prefer an antenna that would give me the best chance of pulling in stations cleanly. All three antennas seem easy enough to transport. I've read a lot of good things about the AN-LP1 and very little about the other antennas. TIA |
