I have an 18 month old son, a wife in school full time who also works, I
volunteer on a local ambulance and I work 40+ hrs a week. Very little time
for
consistant studying in order to learn the code. I don't even have time to be
a
member in the local radio club.

Besides - why should I bother? CW will be eliminated shortly anyway.
