Why? They already have the most "electoral college" votes anyway.
What
would change?

Can't figure it out, can you, Bob?

Obviously you can't, since you have no answer.

It's OK, I didn't really expect one from you, the known kook of rrs.

I can't wait, can you just call me "tard boy" now and get it over with?
Meanwhile I'll PLONK you and get THAT over with.

Thanks, Bob.

Bob isn't too bright. Another thing he has no clue about is that plonking me has
absolutely no bearing whatsoever on my ability to DX the SW bands.

Ah- so you listen to Alex? :-) I have for years- gotta say he was
screaming to high heavens on hisshows for months "before" 9-11 that
the towers were going to get hit. Many people don't know this or it's
just easier to call him a kook and be done with him, but all he does
is "research." He researches any articles that all of us can and then
connects the dots. It also helps that he truly does now have 'inside
sources' that help him out. Just happens to be he is the only one with
a microphone that does his own homework and then speaks out about it.

Yes he does his homework and the guy knows a lot but it's the connect
the dots part he has a problem with. The dots may be a picture of a
house or a duck but somehow Alex connects them a different way and gets
a squirrel holding a big walnut instead.

Replaced by a marxist? I don't think so.

Well we'll see, won't we?

Its all over now. Finally. Two goddamn years of this nonsense finally
over.

The fact that it is possible get the most actual votes, yet lose the
election is proof that the "electoral college" bull**** is an absurd way
to
elect a national leader. The person with the most votes should win, not
based on where those votes came from.

But then the power would all be concentrated in the states with major
population
centres.

Centres? Are our Canadian neighbours rubbing off on you, Steve?

Also, you think that states with major populations centers don't already
control the elections? Montana is a huge state, but still has only 3
electoral votes. Like it or not, the vast majority of the populace is
concentrated in or near the big cities..

I'm sorry that you did not get a chance to vote.

Sorry here too Brenda. back a few years, you could take your passport
to an American embassy, and fill out what they called an embassy ballet.
if i remember, up to the first of Nov. and it would go out by cable, or
telex, or the famous embassy pouch. for some strange reason, R.R.
stopped it. after all these years i still get a kick when i vote, makes
me feel good inside.

You bet. Tomorrow I go to my polling place to vote and be a part of the
process.

I am going to say this, I have never stated this (I don't think- may
be wrong) on the internet but this is unfortunately the real way I
feel. I just have never been convinced that my vote could 'literally'
decide who is going to be the Commander in Chief. If I am wrong there
then there is someone out there- whoever they are- that at that exact
moment of counting the votes is the one that is choosing the leader of
the free world. I really (unfortunately) believe the saying that "If
voting "truly" made a difference, the government would outlaw it." I
may ruffle some feathers by saying that, but I have had the sneaking
suspicion that voting is one of the greatest hoaxes (among others)
that the gubiment ever created. I don't know. I hope and pray I am
wrong, but the government doesn't allow "The People" to decide
anything ie; The Bailout etc. etc. etc. They don't trust that people
can make the right decisions for themselves so they are the ones that
do it irregardless what the people really want or what makes them more
affluent. I don't know- hope I didn't upset anyone too terribly bad
but I just felt the need to say it. duck- n- cover

1 (one) vote may not count for all that much out of millions of votes, but what if
all of the people who think that their 1 (one) vote doesn't count don't vote?

Elections can, and are, lost because of all the individuals who think that their 1
(one) vote doesn't count.

Go Vote!

And vote NoBama!- Hide quoted text -

Steve - this is the second time in my life I didn't vote. The first
time I just didn't allow enough time to, that was my mistake. But this
was the first time I chose not to. What you stated is exactly what
'they' say....IMO to get you to think that we the people really truly
can make a difference. I don't know dude, they don't listen to the
people any other time......they say "I am here for you"....but come
on....no they're not....it has been proven soooo many times and I
guess after seeing it time after time after time etc. etc. it really
made me start to thinking about it. Because make no mistake about it
Steve, if voting goes and does like they tell us, there is someone
somewhere that at sometime today cast their ballot and Barak Hussein
Obama is now the leader of the (as of now ) free world...lol. I don't
know, that goes against everything I have seen from our leaders and
from everything I have read throughout history.sigh I don't know.
Could be wrong - hope I am wrong - but I really feel I am not. I just
wished I could meet the one person (and there is someone if it is all
on the up and up) and I could about bet they don't know the capitols
of twenty states- I bet they don't know eight of them or couldn't tell
me who the first five presidents were or don't even know the words to
the Star Spangled Banner. Just for my own little short poll I asked
four people today who voted for Hussein Obama if they knew the words
to the Star Spangled Banner, everyone of them screwed it up within
five sentences and three of them within two.......who knows maybe one
of them chose our new leader. FWIW three of them were African
American, not that it matters but it is the truth. Lets just hope his
'change' doesn't screw it up even worse, and don't think it is not
possible for that to happen.

Whenever Barry uses the word change, just think 'chains'.

Meanwhile, I'm going to be waiting for my packing crate...uh..hut. I sure hope it comes

I can say this Telamon, he screamed to high heavens and I have many of
his shows still on microcasette tapes before 9-11 that the towers were
going to get hit. I told anyone at work and my family that would
listen to me that something unprecedented was getting ready to happen
on our soil. How is it that he and many others knew it but the nation
acted shocked? My cohorts at work and family minus my wife all said
"how did you know that was going to happen?" The answer was - me
myself- I didn't really but Alex hit that on the head - and get this
Telamon "he is the nut" or as you said "the dots look like a house or
duck but Alex says it's a squirrel." {?} He IMO is portrayed to be a
nut so the majority won't listen to him or others. FWIW -when Alex or
Steve Quayle "have information" something is getting ready to go down
I just sit back and listen and then kinda smirk when it does. It makes
me look smart to family and friends, but then they call me the kook
for not believing mainstream media because "he listens to that ole'
shortwave radio." :-)

Oh - that would be great just be like ole' Slick Willie. Here is the
funny part and this is just what "we knew for a fact"- not all of the
other encounters- because Clinton couldn't keep saying "I did not have
sexual etc. etc. " (you know what he said). If Monica would have just
swallowed none of that story would have ever "came" out. rolling my
eyes Now "hopefully" none of the "stories" about Barak Hussein Obama
are true (that I have never mentioned in here) or it will be REALLY
embarrasing to not only his family and country but to all the Kenyans
over there going crazy today. Lets just cross our fingers. Doesn't
that kinda sorta say something about the state of the country and
people in general when they can say that a man that was getting his
knob polished just outside the door of the oval office and because the
girl didn't like to swallow that maybe the first black president can
"measure up" to him. shaking my head Oh Lord.
