analog. If you want the real pictures you have to have HD to see
everything. Get at least a 24" for the bedroom, 40" minimum for the parlor.

years. ABC and Fox both chose 720p because it is superior for sports to
1080i. 1080p was never considered for broadcast because the MPEG2 data
stream is too big to fit in a 6 MHz channel. DiSH Network broadcasts a
few 1080P channels, with H264 type coding.

At normal viewing distance, the only way to tell the difference is by
knowing tell-tale artifacts ahead of time. To dwell on such matters is a
waste of time. There are entire websites devoted to the argument, this
amn't one of them.
