STINGER,

RHF,
Very true. It is a very impressive "signal magnet," and the footprint of it on my nightstand is only about the size of a coffee cup, and mine stays hooked up to my Super 909. With a CCRadio+, the 909, and a Sony SW07 on that nightstand, I just don't have room for even a select-a-tenna. By the way, I know you're a fan of the Grundig S-350. I've heard that the ferrite antenna in it is either the exact same (or a VERY similar reproduction) of the twin coil antenna in the Crane AM antenna. Of course, it doesn't boost signals the same way (tunable antenna), but that does help to explain the excellent MW sensitivity of that radio. -- Stinger "RHF" wrote in message om...
