his own financial gain.

How about this: Meyer posts only one time about any given property...

Good idea?

That works, but I've had him killfiled for over a year now. Now if
you could have figured out a way to put Gottesman in the subject line,
it would have killed this thread on my end......

Good question. The second and third notes sometimes had more information. I
looked at a couple of the properties he mentioned. (Clifton Forge for
example..)

Small town radio. The land of -small- staffs, where what everyone needs is an
engineer to keep the system operating. Some were decent properties, others
were real expensive. (The Clifton Forge property was overpriced in my
estimation.) The area is almost too small to generate the needed amount of
advertising revenue. The only good thing there - I was passing through on a
Friday, and heard the office manger / sales person close a deal worth 10 or
15k to the station. If that happens all the time, there is hope. (Tractor
dealer doing a lot of advertising over winter for the spring buying season..)

If the railroad jobs still existed there, it would be a busy little city, but
unfortunately, those jobs have vanished... sigh

Well, it *is* a reply to a message containing one of the few Subject headers
that he uses on a regular basis... *shrug*
