I bought it from the creators of the news group years ago. Basically the
document was a bill of sale or sales agreement, which effected the
transfer of ownership. It has turned out to be a very good deal for me
except for a few people I have to put up with.

that is not owned by anyone.

However, there ARE *moderated* newsgroups.

Anyone can post...and again, no one can own it.
