"Why the drop outs?
...but could you please explain -how- someone "owns" a newsgroup? A title? A deed? He doesn't. You forgot to read the post about Telamon: "He's a legend in his own mind". Although some newsgroups are "moderated"...this one is not. (Otherwise do you think anyone would let Telamon be such a pest?) |

Basically the document was a bill of sale or sales agreement, which effected the transfer of ownership. Billy, No one "owns" a newsgroup. A newsgroup is just a lot of internet traffic that is not owned by anyone. However, there ARE *moderated* newsgroups. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newsgro...ted_newsgroups This newsgroup, rec.radio.shortwave is NOT one of the moderated newsgroup. Anyone can post...and again, no one can own it. Telamon is full of crap. He is either telling lies.....or maybe delusional enough to believe them himself.
